The Spirit 690 has all the same features as the 660, plus more! The 690 allows you to strap your feet in and get a simultaneous arm and leg exercise. With this versatile cycle, you can work just your arms, just your legs or move both at the same time! It has built in gear reduction, making it easier to turn your feet using your arms. Smooth, cyclic motion with "out of phase arm-leg" provided unparalleled smooth feel. This cycle has it all!
Our Quick-Exchange™ (QE™) grip feature gives you the choice of using any of the QE™ handgrip options. Your new Spirit Cycle comes with a pair of standard handgrips. However, take a look at our other handgrip options and be sure to choose a pair that will fit your specific needs.
