What are the payment terms for purchasing a BBD product?
Individual Purchases – Payment is due upon order. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.
Dealer Purchases – Shipments may be made C.O.D. – except for established accounts.
- What types of insurance do you accept?
We are currently in the process of obtaining a new Medicare code for our cushions and at this time cannot accept insurance.
- What credit card payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment.
Your receipt is mailed to you separately.
- I'm a DME . Do you work with DME or HME resellers?
We welcome DME and HME sales and offer dealer discount schedules commensurate with this industry.
BBD has continual "specials" and other dealer programs.
- Is there a discount for quantity purchases?
Yes. We have discounts at varying quantity levels. Please contact us for price quotes.
- How are BBD products shipped?
We generally ship via UPS or FedEx ground.
Shipment must be made to a street address – not to a P.O. Box.
If your address is a P.O. Box, shipment will be via U.S. Postal Service.
- I need a cushion or mattress overlay in a hurry! How quickly can I receive a cushion or mattress overlay?
We can offer expedited shipment – next-day or second-day.
There is an "up-charge" for the additional service. Please contact us for a price quote.
- What about foreign shipments?
We ship overseas routinely.
You must provide a complete address and instructions regarding any special handling.
- What if the cushion or mattress overlay is not the correct one for me?
Individuals may return cushions or mattress overlays within ten days of receipt.
We must be notified prior to any returns in order to issue a return authorization.
Cushion covers are non-returnable – if the sealed bag in which the cushion cover arrived has been opened. Therefore, it is recommended that if one is new to using the BBD cushion, trial use should be made with the cushion wrapped in a pillow case or otherwise protected. Upon successful trial use, the cushion cover should be removed from the sealed bag.
- What if my cushion or mattress overlay is faulty?
All BBD cushions and mattress overlays are warranted for one year after delivery. This warranty applies to materials and workmanship and defects that occur during normal use. The warranty is limited to replacement with a similar BBD product.
BBD cushions and mattress overlays are extremely rugged but can be punctured by sharp objects – such as keys or screwdrivers. We are not responsible for consequential damages.
You are responsible for any freight charges for returns.
